Mercedes Fehr, proud owner of Fehr Beauty & Co., brings over 10 years of passion and expertise to the beauty industry.

Valedictorian graduate of Aveda Hair School, she mastered elite blonding and fashion color techniques through apprenticeship under a master stylist who coached the Canadian hair team.

Dedicated to ongoing education via annual industry courses, Mercedes delivers cutting-edge, radiant transformations while cherishing time with her two beloved dogs and husband.

She thrives on meeting new people and making every client feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen.

Monique has over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, delivering refined, detail-driven results for a loyal clientele.

She is a dedicated traveler and animal lover who brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine conversation to every appointment.

Laura Warren

Laura is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary stylist who got her initial training at Red River Polytechnic in their now-defunct Barber-Styling Program. While taking her training, Laura soon realized that while she loved barbering, creative coloring was her driving passion.
Laura was a platform and in-salon educator for Farouk Systems (CHI) for several years, and loved being able to share her passion for ammonia-free color with new and experienced stylists.
Laura is Head of Hair & Wigs at Rainbow Stage, where she is responsible for creating hairstyles and wigs for productions including Frozen, RENT, Rock of Ages, Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid and The Wizard of Oz. Laura is also Assistant to the Head of Hair & Wigs for Manitoba Opera, where she has just completed her seventh opera.

Kaitlin Vandekerkhove

Kaitlin has been in the beauty industry for over 8 years, specializing in gel nail extensions, detailed nail art, and lash extensions. Her favorite part of her work is the creative freedom that nail art allows.

Outside of the studio, she loves spending time with her two dogs and her fiancé. In her spare time, she continues to embrace her creativity through crafting, painting, and DIY projects.
